Upload genbank files (accepted extension: .gb, .gbk, .gbff). Selection of multiple files is possible. Must be annotated genomes.

Eukaryotic genomes. Upload your own annotated genomes (FASTA + GFF files) (up to 20 genomes)
For each genome, upload a FASTA file of the genome sequence + a GFF annotation file.
In order to make the association between sequence and annotation, they must be named with the same basename as follows: genome1.fasta, genome1.gff, myspeciesXXX.fasta, myspeciesXXX.gff...
